What product can I request?

You can request aftermarket hydraulic cylinders, components, seal kits, and other aftermarket replacement parts directly from the website. For the custom-made hydraulic cylinders and parts you would need to fill out the quotation form or you may email your product enquiries at sales@bmfhydraulics.co.nz.

Will you add more products?

Yes! We will add more products in the future. If you have any enquiries please email us at sales@bmfhydraulics.co.nz.

How can I initiate my return?

You can initiate a return by emailing us at sales@bmfhydraulics.co.nz
You will have to share your order number with us, along with the reason for returning the product.

In which cases can I return the product?

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
  • After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take up to 20 working days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

What is the time period within which I can return the product?

You will be required to initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will receive a confirmation email once the return shipment is received by us. We can’t accept return requests after that.

When are refunds possible?

As long as you initiate return within the stipulated time period, your refund is good to go.
Your refund will be on its way as soon as we’ve received your product and it has passed the necessary quality checks.

What is the mode for payment for a refund?

We will refund the amount to the account you used to place the original order. We work hard to make this happen quickly. Once an order has been received and it has passed the necessary quality checks, we try and get the refund to you in around 7 business days. Your refund will be in the form of Wire Transfer (NEFT) to your bank account in around 7 business days. No refunds will be made in cash.

Where can you ship to? 

We can ship our products anywhere in New Zealand as well as Australia and the Pacific Islands.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

Do you ship packages internationally?

International shipments are currently only to Australia and the Pacific Islands.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive the tracking number. You can use it to track the order on the shipping company website

Why can’t I buy products online?

To ensure that you are getting the right product with the specifications, and quantity you need, you are only able to request an order. We are not taking your money unless we make sure there is enough stock for the part you are requesting, as the final quote is subjects to parts availability.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
