Shipping and Returns


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

We may change the information including pricing on our website at any time.

In visiting or using this website, you agree to BMF Hydraulics all terms of service and terms of trade.



Shipment processing time

  • All orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges will be sent to you together with a final quote.
  • *Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • We cannot send to a P.O. box, we need a physical address for our couriers to deliver to.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active once the courier has scanned the package at the time of collection.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • If shipping outside of New Zealand, BMF Hydraulics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


  • BMF Hydraulics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


  • We currently only ship to Australia and the Pacific Islands.



  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, a return and restocking fee of 25% applies to any goods returned. The cost of freight to return goods is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We will reimburse You within 20 working days of receiving any stock returns. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the Order. Any fees associated with payment method are to be paid by You.


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
  • After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take up to 20 working days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Broken or spoiled items caused by the buyer.
  • Fittings that have been used or installed anywhere prior to return
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


  • A return and restocking fee of 25% applies to any goods returned
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Prior to returning goods, please contact us on 04 213 8960 to confirm the return address.
  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
